Scrabbit is a Reddit data extraction platform that allows users to scrape and export Reddit content using various specialized modes including Search, Subreddit, User, Comments, and Posts modes.
Our service includes built-in proxy rotation, rate limiting, and automated data extraction capabilities. Users purchase credits to access our scraping functionality on a pay-as-you-go basis.
To use our Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent any limitations or restrictions imposed on your account.
Our Service operates on a credit-based system. You purchase credits in advance and consume them when successfully extracting data. One (1) credit is consumed for each successfully extracted post, and four (4) credits are consumed for each successfully extracted comment section.
Credits never expire and remain in your account until used. Failed extractions do not consume credits and any charged credits for failed extractions will be automatically refunded to your account.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Pricing is subject to change with 30 days notice to existing users.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the Service to:
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Scrape data for illegal activities or to harass, stalk, or harm others
• Attempt to circumvent technical limitations or access restrictions
• Overload our systems with excessive requests beyond reasonable usage
• Resell or redistribute scraped data without proper attribution and compliance with Reddit's terms
• Use the Service to collect personal information without consent where required by law
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Scrabbit Co. and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Users retain ownership of any original content they create using our Service. However, data scraped from Reddit remains subject to Reddit's terms of service and applicable copyright laws.
You grant us a limited license to use, store, and process the data necessary to provide our Service to you.
When using our Service, you acknowledge that you are responsible for ensuring your use of scraped data complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to privacy laws, copyright laws, and terms of service of third-party platforms.
We do not monitor the content you scrape, but we reserve the right to suspend accounts that we believe are being used for illegal purposes or in violation of these terms.
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions or licenses for your use of scraped data.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
Support is provided via email and through our help center. Response times vary based on your subscription tier and the nature of your inquiry.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice to users.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCRABBIT CO. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Scrabbit Co., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:
• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms of Service
• Your violation of any third-party right, including copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any claim that your use of the Service caused damage to a third party
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
Any unused credits in your account at the time of termination will remain available for 90 days, after which they will be forfeited.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Scrabbit Co. is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.
You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Scrabbit Co.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of such right or provision.
